Redbud Pediatrics Cancellation Policy

At Redbud Pediatrics we strive to stay on schedule. We will try to be realistic in setting our schedule to provide enough time for appointments and not keep families waiting. Sometimes, children will arrive very ill or with unexpected problems that require more time than was planned, and we will run behind.  We ask for your patience and understanding if this occurs.

As a caregiver of a patient, we ask that you try to be on time for your child's appointment. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early if you are coming in for a new patient visit or for a routine well child check-up to allow for time to complete any necessary forms.

Please call to reschedule appointments if you realize that you will not be able to make your appointment on time.  We request 24 hours notice for cancellation of an office visit.

If you arrive late to an appointment and the doctor or PA is unable to work your child into the schedule, you will be asked to reschedule. We understand that emergencies can make it difficult to keep appointments. However, if appointments are repeatedly missed, we reserve the right to ask you to seek medical care elsewhere.
